WHAT IS AN A LEVEL OR GCSE REVISION COURSE?
The A Levels and GCSEs are the most common qualifications taken at secondary school level in the UK. They are the foundation of university entrance requirements and are recognised the world over as a ‘gold standard’ in UK education. As well as being taken in end of year formal assessments schools will often use A Level or GCSE questions in internal assessments (mock exams) for UCAS predicted grades or placement in school sets or subjects.
Our courses are designed to give students the best possible preparation for these exams. They cover the knowledge and skills required to maximise the results of these crucial assessments whether they are externally or internally assessed.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We are unashamedly focused on the exam results. Our course designers are senior examiners and exams writers for the subjects we cover, and we’ve reverse engineered the exam process to offer the best possible revision course that can be taken. Exams writing is a very precise process, often requiring multiple rewrites before approval, and there must be a balance of different types of questions across every paper (a simple example would be fixed proportions of cognitive load and cognitive operation questions). We use our expert knowledge to design revision courses that reflect the same approach and match the exams being taken in the most precise way possible. This ensures that every student has the best chance of maximising their marks in the exam.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will arrange to speak with the student and ask them a few questions about their objectives for the exam and any areas they wish to focus their revision on. Our courses are designed to cover all of the topics assessed but we tailor our courses to each students’ needs so this information will be crucial to get the most out of the course. In addition to the lessons themselves students will get bespoke revision notes as well as a revision plan designed to maximise the retention of learned material and skills during the course. Our standard courses are 6, 9 or 12 hours but can be flexible and we will contact you beforehand to arrange dates to suit the availability of the student.
